Spamming is useless information that is NOT requested.
Spamming can be conducted by e-mail, mailing lists, and Usenet
groups. Spams can take the form of Financial schemes, inappropriate
advertising. It is easy for one to collect a list of newsgroups
and mailing lists. THen a program can be used to send the same
message to every item in the list. There are devices called
Cancelbots that block such spamming, but it is easy for one to
forge a message header.
