The contents of this paper are to expose the reader to the telencommunications conference center Java software package created by six graduate students at Villanova University. Due to the size of the material, not all the source code will be provided within this paper. The other portions of the software package can be obtained through the other team member's papers or by contacting Dr. John Lewis at Villanova University. This paper will in no means go in depth review about the Java language. It will only present an overview of the Java language and many important aspects that were utilized to complete this software package. Some other sources on Java or the Java Language are mentioned in the reference section of this paper.
